How to copy trades from Discord alerts to your broker

To copy trades from your Discord alerts to your broker, invite Nyria's bot to a server you run and pick the channel where the calls are posted. Each call becomes an order in your own broker account, sized by the budget you set, not the caller's size. Run it on paper first.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Use a server you run

Nyria reads a channel in a Discord server where you have the Manage Server permission. A server you only belong to is not a source; a server you run is. If the caller posts in a server you do not run, ask them to publish the calls as a Nyria strategy, which you can then subscribe to.

  2. 2

Invite the Nyria bot and pick the channel

Under Integrations in Nyria, link Discord and invite the bot to the server. The invite asks for one permission, View Channels. Then create a strategy, choose Discord as the alert source, and pick the channel where the calls are posted.

  3. 3

Add a filter for the caller

If more than one person posts in the channel, add an author filter: Nyria matches part of a poster's display name, case-insensitive. Add a keyword filter if alerts share space with general chat and the calls have a consistent word or tag.

  4. 4

Validate before any order is placed

The strategy setup shows the channel's latest messages. Assign a real message to Long entry, Long exit, Short entry or Short exit, and Nyria shows what it parsed. Confirm the symbol, side and contract look right before you deploy.

  5. 5

    Test on paper

Deploy a bot on Nyria Paper. Let real calls fire and check the Logs tab to see what was ordered and at what price. Nyria Paper is free and has no time limit.

  6. 6

    Go live

When the paper orders match what you expect, deploy a bot on your broker account. Set a budget per entry; each order is sized from that budget, not from the caller's size.

What the call can say

Nyria reads the caller's own wording, plain sentence or structured notation.

A plain sentence

long SPY here

Structured notation

BTO SPY 12/18 780C

The size comes from your bot's budget per entry. What the caller sizes is irrelevant to your order.

Your fill is not the caller's fill

The caller posts after their own order prints, so their price is already gone by the time Nyria reads it. Your order goes out after the call is read, at the market or limit the strategy sets. On a 0DTE option with a wide spread, the gap can be large. Run the bot on paper for several weeks and compare its fills with the prices the caller posts before sizing up.

Questions

Can I copy trades from a server I do not run?
No. Nyria reads channels in servers where you have the Manage Server permission. If the caller posts in a server you only belong to, ask them to publish the calls as a Nyria strategy, which you can subscribe to.
Does Nyria copy the caller's exact size?
No. Each bot sizes its orders from its own budget per entry. Your order goes out after the call posts, at the market or limit the strategy sets.
Does the bot post anything in the channel?
No. The bot only reads. It never posts, reacts or writes to the channel.
What format does the call have to be in?
Any format the caller already uses: a plain sentence like 'long SPY here' or structured notation like 'BTO SPY 12/18 780C'. Nyria reads both. The bot needs the ticker and the side; adding a strike, expiry and call or put is enough for an option.
Can I copy trades from a paid Discord server I subscribe to?
Only if you run the server. A paid server you subscribe to is not a source unless you are the server owner. If the operator publishes calls as a Nyria strategy, you can subscribe to that strategy instead.
What does it cost?
Paper is free. Live trading from $15 a month.
