Critical risk warning
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You can lose money, including your entire investment, trading stocks, options, and cryptocurrencies. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for your financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance.
Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. If you are not comfortable with the possibility of losing your entire investment, you should not use this platform.
Strategy results
Results shown for a strategy are computed from the strategy's alerts, at the prices Nyria recorded when it processed them. They are not the fills of any account. Section 13D.6 of the Terms of Service explains how they are calculated.
Results computed this way have inherent limits: they involve no financial risk, and they cannot account for the effect financial risk has on real trading, such as the ability to withstand losses or to keep following a strategy through them. There are often sharp differences between results computed this way and the results an account achieves.
Your fills and results may differ from a strategy's results because of your position size, your broker, timing, liquidity, fees, and slippage. Past results do not guarantee future results. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown. A strategy's results are not a guarantee of any outcome, and they are not investment advice or a recommendation.
Regulatory status and disclaimers
Nyria LLC is a technology company, NOT a financial services firm. We are:
- NOT a registered broker-dealer with the SEC or FINRA
- NOT a registered investment adviser with the SEC or any state
- NOT a registered Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) or Commodity Pool Operator (CPO) with the CFTC
- NOT a member of the National Futures Association (NFA)
- NOT placing orders for futures, perpetual futures, or any other commodity interest in any real account today
Nyria provides software that places orders in your own brokerage account from the alerts you choose to automate: your own, or those of a creator whose strategy you copy. Nyria does not create trading signals. They come from you, or from the creator of a strategy you copy. Nyria does not provide trading recommendations or personalized investment advice.
When a creator sells a strategy through Nyria, Nyria sells access to it as the merchant of record and pays the creator a share of the revenue, as Section 13E of the Terms of Service describes. Nyria never holds or moves the money in your brokerage account.
No investment advice
Nyria provides automation tools and a way to sell and buy access to creators' strategies. Neither constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of Nyria's content as such. We do not recommend that any securities, strategies, or assets should be bought, sold, or held by you. Any performance metrics, statistics, or results shown on our platform or marketing materials are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as investment advice or as an indicator of future performance.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Before making any investment decisions, you should consult with qualified financial professionals. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose. Trading on margin or using leverage increases risk substantially.
Alert source risks
Nyria relies on third-party alert sources (TradingView, Discord, Telegram, custom webhooks, etc.) that may experience delays, outages, or deliver inaccurate alerts. You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring your TradingView strategies do not "repaint" (show different entries and exits on past bars than fired in real time)
- Testing alert reliability extensively before live trading
- Monitoring for alert delivery issues or delays
- Understanding the limitations of your alert source
- Verifying that alerts fire as expected in real-time conditions
Alert sources referenced in our documentation are independent third parties. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, nor do we endorse them.
Strategy creators are independent
Strategy creators on Nyria are independent third parties. They are not Nyria employees, agents, or representatives. Nyria does not review, vet, rate, or endorse a creator or their strategy, and it does not verify their track record or anything they say about it. The identity check Stripe runs on a creator who sells through Nyria, so that they can be paid, is not a review of the creator or the strategy. Where a strategy appears in a list, whether it is featured, and whether Nyria sells it, is not a recommendation.
A creator can sell access to a strategy in two ways. Through Nyria, Nyria sells the subscription, keeps a fee from each payment, and pays the creator the rest. Through the creator's own payment provider, such as Stripe or Whop, you pay the creator; Nyria is not a party to that payment, and it bills the creator separately for each member.
A creator's strategy can lose money, and can lose all of it. Those losses are yours. Copying a strategy places real orders in your own brokerage account, and you remain solely responsible for every position it opens.
Not a "set and forget" system
Automated trading requires active monitoring. Things can and will go wrong. You must:
- Check your positions at least daily
- Monitor for reauthorization notifications from your broker
- Verify that trades executed as expected
- Be prepared to intervene manually when issues occur
- Review logs regularly for warnings or errors
No guarantees
We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information provided through our platform. Trading results can vary significantly and losses can exceed your initial investment.
Automation risks
Automated trading systems carry additional risks including technical failures, connectivity issues, delayed executions, and software errors. Specific risks include:
- Execution delays: the time from alert to order varies and is not guaranteed
- Alert source delays: TradingView considers 25-45 second delays normal
- No order retry: Failed orders are not retried automatically, except one re-close of a cash-account exit that the broker refused for unsettled funds
- Partial fills: Spread legs may not fill completely
- Position tracking: Manual broker trades can desync Nyria's tracking
- AI-agent orders: Orders can be triggered by alerts sent through Nyria's MCP endpoint, including by AI agents you authorize. AI agents may produce incorrect, duplicate, or unintended alerts. You are responsible for configuring and monitoring any AI agent that sends alerts to your strategies, and for all orders those alerts generate.
Broker responsibility
Nyria is not responsible for broker-level issues including order rejections, execution delays, margin calls, or account restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring your broker account is properly funded and eligible for the types of trades executed through our platform.
Market risks
Markets can be volatile and unpredictable. Prices can move rapidly against your positions. Liquidity conditions may affect execution quality. Extended hours trading may have lower liquidity and higher volatility. Gap risk can result in executions significantly different from expected prices.
Options risk disclosure
Options trading involves significant risk and is not appropriate for all investors. Before trading options, you should read the Options Clearing Corporation's "Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options" (the "OCC Risk Disclosure") available at theocc.com or from your broker.
Key options risks include:
- Total loss: Buyers of options can lose their entire investment (premium paid)
- Unlimited loss: Writers (sellers) of uncovered options face potentially unlimited losses
- Time decay: Options lose value over time (theta decay)
- Complexity: Multi-leg strategies have complex risk profiles
- Assignment risk: Short options may be assigned at any time
- Spread execution: Legs may not fill simultaneously, creating unintended exposure
- Early exercise: American-style options can be exercised before expiration
Futures and perpetual futures risk disclosure
Nyria does not trade futures or perpetual futures in any real account today. No account you can connect to Nyria is used to trade them. Nyria Paper can simulate crypto perpetual futures; a simulated trade places no order and moves no money. This section applies if and when that support is offered. Before it is, Nyria will update this page and the Terms of Service and ask you to accept the updated disclosure.
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage in futures trading can work against you as well as for you.
Key futures and perpetual futures risks include:
- Leverage risk: Losses can exceed your initial deposit (margin)
- Margin calls: You may be required to deposit additional funds on short notice
- Liquidation: Positions may be liquidated if you cannot meet margin requirements
- Gap risk: Prices can gap significantly, especially overnight
- Contract specifications: You must understand contract size, tick value, and expiration
- Roll risk: Rolling positions may involve additional costs and execution risk
- Funding payments: Perpetual futures pay or charge a periodic funding rate, which can add to a loss while a position is held
Cryptocurrency risk disclosure
Cryptocurrency trading is extremely volatile and speculative. Cryptocurrencies are not legal tender, are not backed by any government, and accounts and value balances are not subject to FDIC, SIPC, or any government insurance protections.
Key cryptocurrency risks include:
- Extreme volatility: Prices can change 10%+ in minutes
- 24/7 Markets: Markets never close, requiring constant monitoring
- No insurance: Unlike bank deposits or brokerage accounts, crypto is not insured
- Regulatory uncertainty: Laws and regulations are evolving and may change
- Exchange risk: Exchanges may be hacked, go bankrupt, or freeze withdrawals
- Technology risk: Smart contracts, protocols, and wallets may have vulnerabilities
- Liquidity risk: Some tokens may have very low liquidity
Regulatory compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your trading activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Tax treatment of trading gains varies by location and you should consult with tax professionals. Pattern Day Trader (PDT) rules apply to US accounts under $25,000.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except to the extent caused by Nyria's gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct, or where applicable law does not allow the limitation, Nyria and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, system failures, broker issues, market events, or user configuration errors. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to Nyria in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), as set out in Section 8 of the Terms of Service.
Broker and API integration risks
When you connect your brokerage account to Nyria, additional risks apply:
- Authorization expiry: OAuth tokens may expire requiring reauthorization
- API changes: Broker API changes may cause unexpected behavior
- Rate limits: Broker rate limits may prevent order execution
- Broker outages: Broker system outages are outside our control
- Credential security: You are responsible for keeping credentials secure
- Unofficial connections (Beta): Some broker connections in Beta use your broker account credentials through the broker's unofficial API. Your broker may restrict your account or revoke access if it detects automated third-party use. The unofficial API may change without notice, causing the connection to stop working. These connections carry no guarantees beyond those in the general risk disclosure above.
Your broker does not warrant or guarantee that Nyria will work as advertised or expected. Nyria is an independent third party and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supervised by any broker.
