Last updated: October 11, 2026

On this page

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Entry Period

The Nyria Launch Giveaway (the "Giveaway") begins at 10:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Saturday, October 10, 2026 (14:00:00 UTC), and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Friday, October 17, 2026 (03:59:59 UTC on Saturday, October 18, 2026) (the "Entry Period"). Nyria's servers are the official clock.

3. Eligibility

Open only to individuals who, when they enter, are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are at least 18 years old and the age of majority where they live (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi). Residents of Puerto Rico and other US territories are not eligible.

Not eligible: Nyria's members, managers, officers, employees and contractors, PeakBot's employees, contractors and partners, and the immediate family members (spouse or domestic partner, parents, children, siblings, and each of their spouses) and household members of each of them.

An entry made through a Nyria account counts only if the account is in good standing under the Terms of Service at nyria.io/terms. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to enter

There are two free ways to enter. Both have the same chance of winning.

Online. During the Entry Period, sign in to your Nyria account, or create one free at nyria.io, deploy a bot on a paper account (Nyria Paper, an Alpaca paper account or a Tradier sandbox account), and have that bot place at least one paper order that is filled during the Entry Period. The order can come from any alert the bot's strategy receives, or from the Sample alert on a Nyria Paper bot's page, which is available when every bot on that strategy is your own Nyria Paper bot. A bot deployed before the Entry Period counts if it places a filled paper order during the Entry Period. An order that is rejected, cancelled or not filled by the end of the Entry Period is not an entry, and an order on a live brokerage account is not an entry. Paper orders fill only when the paper account can fill them: Nyria Paper fills any day, while stock and option orders on an Alpaca paper or Tradier sandbox account fill during market hours. Deploying a paper bot and sending alerts to it are free and need no payment method.

By email. During the Entry Period, email contact@nyria.io with the subject "Nyria Launch Giveaway entry" and include your full name, your email address, your state of residence, and a statement that you are 18 or older. Your email must be received during the Entry Period.

Extra entry. During the Entry Period, like and repost Nyria's giveaway post on X and reply to it with your Nyria username. One extra entry per person; the X account must be public so Nyria can see the like and repost.

Limit: one entry per person, plus the one extra entry above, however many paper trades, bots, accounts, email addresses or methods they use. Extra entries are ignored. Nyria may disqualify anyone who uses more than one identity or account to enter, or who creates accounts, entries or trades by script or other automated means beyond the bot's own operation. If there is a dispute about who made an entry, it belongs to the authorized holder of the email address on the Nyria account, or of the email address used to enter by email.

5. Drawing and odds

On Monday, October 19, 2026, Nyria will select three potential winners, and alternates in order, in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Trading results, paper or live, the number of trades, and whether an entrant pays for a plan play no part in the draw.

6. Prizes

There are three prizes. Each prize is:

  1. Three months of the Nyria Pro plan at $10,000 of total entry allocation, meaning the budgets per entry of the winner's bots on live broker accounts can add up to $10,000 (see nyria.io/pricing). Retail value: $300, at $100 a month.
  2. $100 cash.

Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize: $400. Total ARV of all three prizes: $1,200.

The plan. It starts on a date the winner chooses, no later than December 31, 2026, and runs for three months. It needs no payment method, does not renew and is never charged; the automatic renewal in Section 6.2 of the Terms of Service does not apply to it. When it ends, the account moves to the free plan: paper bots keep running, and live bots stop opening new positions but can still close the positions they hold. If a winner has a paid Nyria Pro plan when the prize plan would start, or buys one while it runs, Nyria applies the prize plan, or its unused full months, as a credit of $100 a month on that paid plan instead. The plan covers Nyria's plan fee only. It does not include a brokerage account, trading capital, broker commissions or fees, market data, taxes, or the price a creator charges for a Premium strategy. Live trading needs the winner's own account at a supported broker: Charles Schwab, Tradier, tastytrade or Alpaca. The Terms of Service govern the use of the plan.

The cash. The winner picks how it is paid when they claim the prize, as Section 7 describes.

Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or substituted, except that Nyria may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. One prize per person.

7. Winner notification and claim

Nyria will email each potential winner on or about Monday, October 19, 2026, at the email address on their Nyria account or the address they used to enter by email. To claim a prize, a potential winner must reply within 5 days after Nyria sends that email, confirming their full name, state of residence, age and eligibility, the date they want the plan to start, and how they want the $100 paid (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or crypto, in USDC) and the account or wallet address to pay it to. Nyria may also require a signed declaration of eligibility and release, where the law allows. A potential winner who does not reply in time, is not eligible, declines the prize or does not comply with these rules forfeits it, and Nyria may offer it to the next alternate in draw order. Nyria sends the $100 within 14 days after it confirms a winner. A payment sent to the account or wallet address the winner gives is final, and Venmo, PayPal and Zelle are not sponsors of this Giveaway. A prize not claimed by November 30, 2026, will not be awarded.

8. Taxes

Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on their prize, valued at its ARV. Nyria may require a completed IRS Form W-9 from a winner whose prizes from Nyria in a calendar year are worth $600 or more, and will issue an IRS Form 1099 where the law requires one.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, a winner who accepts a prize agrees that Nyria may use their first name, last initial and state to announce the winners, without further notice or payment.

10. Privacy

Nyria uses the information entrants give, and the account and trading information it already holds, to run the Giveaway: to check eligibility, run the draw, contact winners, deliver prizes, and meet legal and tax duties. That information is handled under the Privacy Policy at nyria.io/privacy. Entering by email does not sign you up for Nyria's marketing emails.

11. Trading

Nothing in the Giveaway is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, option or cryptocurrency. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Paper trading is simulated: paper accounts trade no real money, a paper order moves no money, and paper results do not predict live results. Winners are drawn at random, never by trading results. A winner who trades live with the prize plan does so at their own risk, under the Terms of Service and the Risk Disclaimer at nyria.io/disclaimer.

12. General conditions

  • By entering, entrants agree to these rules and to Nyria's decisions, which are final on every matter about the Giveaway.
  • Nyria is not responsible for entries or emails that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or undeliverable, or for technical failures of any kind, including in the Nyria app, an alert source, a broker's paper system or email, or for a paper order that is not filled.
  • If fraud, a technical failure or anything else beyond Nyria's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, Nyria may cancel, modify or suspend it, and may then draw the winners from the eligible entries received before the problem.
  • To the extent the law allows, entrants release Nyria and its members, managers, officers, employees and agents from any claim arising from the Giveaway or from accepting or using a prize, except a claim caused by Nyria's gross negligence, fraud or willful misconduct. Section 8 of the Terms of Service (limitation of liability) applies to any claim about the Giveaway.
  • X, Discord, Product Hunt, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle and the brokers whose paper accounts can be used do not sponsor, endorse or run the Giveaway and are not associated with it.

13. Governing law and disputes

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, as Section 14.1 of the Terms of Service provides. Any dispute about the Giveaway is resolved individually, never as a class or representative action, under Section 11 of the Terms of Service: informal resolution first, then binding individual arbitration, with its small-claims option and its 30-day opt-out. For the Giveaway, these rules control where they conflict with the Terms of Service.

14. Winners list

For the winners' first names, last initials and states, email contact@nyria.io with the subject "Nyria Launch Giveaway winners" by December 31, 2026.
