Test your trade alert
Paste an alert from TradingView, Discord, Telegram or your own webhook and see how Nyria reads it: the order, the ticker, the option legs, or the refusal it would get. Nothing is traded.
The reading shows here: the order, the ticker, any option legs and the refusal Nyria would give.
Build the message first with the TradingView alert message builder.
What the reading shows
The order
Open or close, long or short, as the order Nyria would send: buy to open, sell to close and the rest, with the order type.
The contract
For options, each leg's strike, call or put and expiry. When the strategy picks the contract, it shows the delta and the days to expiry it picks by.
The size
Never the alert's. Each bot sets its own: a budget per entry, or a fixed number of shares, contracts or coins.
The refusal
When Nyria would not trade the alert, the sentence the app shows for it, word for word.
Formats Nyria reads
Your own words and abbreviations work. These are three shapes the same SPY entry can take.
TradingView's strategy message
order buy @ 1 filled on SPY. New strategy position is 1
A JSON payload from TradingView or a webhook
{
"action": "OPEN",
"instrument": "SPY",
"direction": "LONG"

Each source has its own setup: see TradingView alerts, Discord alerts and webhook alerts.
Questions
- What format does a TradingView alert need?
- None in particular. Nyria reads TradingView's own strategy message ("order buy @ 1 filled on SPY"), a JSON payload you write, or plain words. Each alert needs a ticker, an action (open or close) and a direction (long or short).
- Can Nyria read Discord option calls?
- Yes. Shorthand like BTO TSLA 400p 12/18 reads as buy to open the TSLA 400 put expiring December 18. Paste a call from the server you follow and check the strike, the side and the expiry it reads.
- Does the quantity in my alert set the order size?
- No. Each bot sets its own size: a budget per entry, or a fixed number of shares, contracts or coins. The same alert can run on several bots, each in its own size.
- Why was my alert refused?
- The tester shows the refusal the app would give, in the same words. The most common one is a message with no trade in it: an alert needs an action and a direction.
- Does testing an alert place a trade?
- No. The tester runs Nyria's alert check only. Nothing reaches a broker and no account is needed.
- What does it cost to run the alert on a bot?
- Paper is free. Live trading from $15 a month. A paper bot runs on Nyria Paper with live market data and needs no broker.
