Use PineConnector if you require MetaTrader. They stopped actively supporting MT4 in October 2025; MT4 accounts still connect but no longer get fixes.
Expert Advisor required
Their EA has to run in a MetaTrader terminal that stays online. That can be your own machine, your own VPS, or their hosted Edge service, billed on top of the plan.

Moving from PineConnector to Nyria

Pick the right tool for the job
If your strategy is forex/CFD on MetaTrader, stay on PineConnector. If it's US equities, options, or crypto, Nyria is the fit.
Step 2
Connect your real broker
Schwab, tastytrade, Tradier, or Alpaca. OAuth or API key, no VPS, no EA.
Step 3
Drop the licence ID from your alert
PineConnector alerts carry your license ID as the first field of a fixed string. Nyria reads the message as written, with no license key in your script.
Step 4
Configure entry, exit, and sizing
Build it once. Paper-trade. Flip to live when you're ready.

Questions

I trade forex through MT5. Should I switch?
Probably not. Nyria doesn't target the MT4/5 forex/CFD lane. PineConnector and FX-specific bridges are still the right choice there.
I trade SPX 0DTE options. Can Nyria do that?
Yes. An SPX alert resolves to the PM-settled SPXW chain rather than the AM-settled one, and single-leg and multi-leg spreads both go to Schwab, tastytrade and Tradier.
Do I need a VPS or always-on machine?
No. Nyria runs in the cloud. Your TradingView alert hits the Nyria webhook directly; we route to the broker. PineConnector needs its Expert Advisor running in a MetaTrader terminal that stays online, whether you host that yourself or pay for their Edge service.
Can I import my Pine Script directly?
No imports, and no rewriting. Your existing Pine Script alert messages work as they are, and there's no license key to carry.
