Nyria vs PineConnector
TradingView automation that isn't locked to MT4/5.
PineConnector is MetaTrader-only. Nyria routes TradingView, Discord, and custom webhook alerts to Schwab, tastytrade, Tradier, Alpaca, and Binance.
PineConnector remains the right tool for forex/CFD strategies on MetaTrader. Nyria is for traders on US equity, options, or crypto brokers.
Nyria
- US equity + options brokers (Schwab, tastytrade, Tradier, Alpaca)
- Multi-leg option spreads (verticals, iron condors)
- Crypto spot + perps via Binance
- TradingView, Discord, custom alerts (Telegram soon)
- Cloud-hosted — no MT4 EA or VPS required
- Paper trading free forever
PineConnector
- Executes only through MetaTrader 4/5 — no US equity or options brokers; no native US stocks or US options
- Requires running an Expert Advisor + VPS
- Rigid comma-delimited command string — one syntax error and the EA silently rejects the signal
- Pine Script license-key validation step
- No multi-leg option builder
- Discord/Telegram alerts via custom Pine workarounds

Moving from PineConnector to Nyria
Your existing alerts work as-is. No new templates, no code rewrites.
Step 1
Pick the right tool for the job
If your strategy is forex/CFD on MetaTrader, stay on PineConnector. If it's US equities, options, or crypto, Nyria is the fit.
Step 2
Connect your real broker
Schwab, tastytrade, Tradier, Alpaca, or Binance — OAuth or API key, no VPS, no EA.
Step 3
Replace the Pine `pineconnector.alert()` call
Use a standard TradingView webhook alert. Nyria parses the message text — no license key in your script.
Step 4
Configure entry, exit, and sizing
Build it once. Paper-trade. Flip to live when you're ready.
Frequently asked
I trade forex through MT5. Should I switch?
Probably not — Nyria doesn't target the MT4/5 forex/CFD lane. PineConnector and FX-specific bridges are still the right choice there.
I trade SPX 0DTE options. Can Nyria do that?
Yes. Nyria handles SPX/SPXW automatically (PM-settled root rewrite is built-in) and supports single-leg AND multi-leg spreads on Schwab, tastytrade, and Tradier.
Do I need a VPS or always-on machine?
No. Nyria runs in the cloud. Your TradingView alert hits the Nyria webhook directly; we route to the broker. PineConnector requires an EA running on MT4/5 + a VPS.
Can I import my Pine Script directly?
No imports required — your existing Pine Script alert messages work as-is. Nyria parses the alert text without a license key.
